Postpartum Doula Application

Bentonville Birth Services contracts with certified postpartum doulas to bring compassionate, evidence-based support to families throughout Northwest Arkansas. Our doulas are known for their professionalism, warmth, and ability to adapt care to the unique needs of parents and infants in the first three months of life.

Postpartum doulas are matched with Bentonville Birth Services clients to provide care in the client’s home. Contractors set their own availability and preferences for days or overnights.

A well-qualified candidate has:

  • current postpartum or full-spectrum doula certification

  • current infant CPR certification

  • clean background check

  • excellent communication skills

  • great attention to detail (managing shifting schedules and client needs)

  • proficiency in Google programs (Drive, Sheets, Meet, etc)

  • willingness to learn our client management software and be mentored by other doulas at Bentonville Birth Services

**We also invite you to join us at our Doula Coffee event Saturday, August 8th 10-11:30am at Airship Coffee on 5th Street in Bentonville. This meet up is open to the public and a great way to get acquainted with other area birth workers as well as members of our team.
