“I highly recommend Bentonville Birth Services for anyone seeking a doula! We worked with Emily, who was exceptional. Her knowledge and kindness were unmatched. During my home birth, she was instrumental in managing my back labor, providing both emotional support and physical relief through techniques like hip squeezes. Emily truly listened to me, tuning into both my words and my body’s cues, which gave me immense confidence. I felt I had a true team around me, supporting me every step of the way!

Prenatal Couples Coaching: Baby-Proofing Your Relationship (50 minutes)
This session is for expecting couples looking for practical tools to strengthen their connection and relationship in the midst of the changes a new baby brings. Couples are invited to bring the topics most helpful to their walk through pregnancy and birth. These may include:
the experiences for both partners of pregnancy and birth (different fears and hopes, past experiences);
changing logistics (sleep deprivation, sharing new tasks, expectations of family or social support);
or just exploring the impact on your relationship that having a baby can have (communication styles, how do you each handle stress).
Whether this journey is filled with excitement and you are eager to explore proactive ways to maintain a strong relationship, or you feel anxious and would like some support and positive strategies for your relationship, this session is designed to help YOU where you are.
OR
Prenatal Individual Consultation (50 minutes)
This session is for expecting moms and is designed to allow space to navigate different questions that pregnancy and having a baby can create. During this session, you are invited to bring the topics that would best support you in your personal journey. This may include
anxiety or fear surrounding pregnancy/birth (fear of the unknown, address past traumas or painful past experiences);
questions surrounding changing identity (“will I be a good mom?”);
discussing coming changes for logistics (health and body changes, sleep strategies);
or exploring relationship changes after having a baby.
Maybe you’ve been waiting to be a mom your whole life and are excited to prepare for this new season! Maybe this isn’t your first baby and you’re nervous for the impact of multiple children to care for. Maybe you’ve had several past painful experiences and need support through this journey. Wherever you find yourself, this session can be a space to walk through it with support.
